TERMS & CONDITIONS

Price for hiring a skipper can vary from 160e to 190e per day. Why? Bigger boat means it is harder to manouver, it means more work and a greater responsibility. For smaller boats (Catamaran up to 45ft / Sailboats up to 52ft.) the price is 160e per day. For bigger boats (Catamaran above 45ft. / Sailboats above 52ft.) the price is 190e per day.

To make your holiday enjoyable and pleasurable the best thing to rely on is a good organization. Even though the skipper will be the one to do most of the route planning it is advised to do some research on your own or contact the skipper a few days before your arrival to set the route. That way you will be in a better position to enjoy the trip and make the most of it.

The tendency to see as many places and do as much stuff as you can is perfectly normal. In some cases that can lead to very long trips between the islands. There are only so many places you can experience in one day before it becomes tedious. Having that in mind plan your day on a sailboat accordingly. There is no rule but the recommended distance for one day is 25-30 NM per day.
When you hire a skipper, remember that you have to save a bed for him and provide his food. Skipper spends most of the time onboard and always has plenty to do, so he doesn’t have much time to cook meals for himself, so you should take care of this – regardless if you are eating on board or dining out.

If you want your privacy, the skipper doesn’t always have to eat with you. Sometimes he can eat after you, or go to a different restaurant. With skipper, you won’t have any trouble finding a common ground, and that is one of the main conditions for a pleasant and joyful sail.

To ensure the safety of his crew good skipper will always be aware of the weather forecast. Please remember that hehas to prioritize that above all other things. We kindly ask you to be reasonable and comply if your skipper suggests changing a route, staying docked due to bad weather, conditions, or low provisions onboard.
